Stocksigns Smartsign set to reduce burns

In line with its reputation as a conscientious manufacturer and market leader in Health and Safety signage Stocksigns have developed “Smartsign”. This temperature sensitive sign immediately warns the viewer of dangerously hot surfaces (over 50°C) and aims to help reduce accidental burn injuries. Particularly useful on surfaces that regularly cycle between hot and cold temperatures such as timed heating systems etc. According to the DTI home safety report 1999, “Every one and half minutes someone in the UK is burnt or scalded in an accident” Keir Shreeves, Product designer adds “Smartsign has been designed to raise awareness and help reduce such shocking statistics”
